While CyGlass has not certified its adherence to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the Department of Commerce and the European Commission, and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, respectively, CyGlass has entered into Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission where necessary to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation to address the export of your personal data outside the European Union and EEA areas. Retention Period

We will retain information we collect from or about our customers, our products, and our services for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When the information is no longer necessary for these purposes, we delete it or keep it in a form that does not identify you.
